Terms of Use

Gardenix identifies plants from photos, suggests care plans and reminders, and answers gardening questions using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content can be wrong: it is informational only and is not professional horticultural, health or safety advice. Always verify before acting on advice about toxicity, edibility or chemical treatments.

Creating an account is optional and free; it exists to back up and restore your garden. You are responsible for access to the sign-in method you choose (your Apple or Google account, or your email inbox). You can delete the account, including its backup, at any time in the app. Backups are provided on a best-effort basis; keep photos that matter to you outside the app as well.

• Premium is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). Subscription pricing is shown in-app before purchase and varies by country/currency. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price until canceled.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Payment is charged to your store account.
• Scan packs are one-time consumable purchases of extra analyses. They never expire and are tied to your device installation.
• Restore previous purchases via Settings → Restore purchases.

Usage allowances (analyses, chat questions) exist to keep the service sustainable and are enforced per device. Attempting to circumvent them, abuse the AI endpoints, or submit unlawful content may result in blocked access.

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALTF4 s.r.o. is not liable for damage to plants, property or persons resulting from acting on the app’s suggestions, nor for temporary unavailability of the analysis service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
