Terms of Use

gardenix.app · Last updated 24 August 2026

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the gardenix.app website: the pages, the blog and the contact form. Using the site means you accept them.

The Gardenix mobile app is governed separately, including anything about subscriptions, purchases and your plant data: see the app terms.

Using the site

The website is free to read and needs no account. Please use it normally: do not try to break it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use the contact form to send bulk or abusive messages.

About the advice published here

The guides and articles are general horticultural information, written carefully and in good faith. They are not a diagnosis of your particular plant.

Plants differ by species, variety, climate, season and the room they stand in. Treat what you read here as a starting point and apply your own judgement, especially before using any treatment product, and always follow that product's own instructions.

Any numbers shown as examples on the site, including illustrative health scores, are there to show how the app presents information. They are not a prediction of how a specific plant will recover.

Our content

The text, photographs, illustrations and the Gardenix name and logo belong to ALTF4 s.r.o. or are used with permission.

You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. Republishing whole articles, or reusing our images commercially, needs our written permission first.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Pages may be changed, moved or withdrawn at any time.

Liability

The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from relying on the general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, and disputes belong to the Slovak courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules where you live.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means the revised version applies.
